TRichView 18.2

We've updated TRichView to version 18.2.

TRichView, RichViewActions, ScaleRichView are available for Delphi, C++Builder and Lazarus (for Windows).
SRVControls, Report Workshop are available for Delphi and C++Builder.
In this update:
1) New TRichView.OnWriteObjectProperties event. It allows writing additional properties for objects in HTML, RTF, and DocX files.
Currently, this event occurs for items that are saved as images:
- pictures
- bullets
- image list markers (only when they are saved as images)
- equations
- shapes (in Report Workshop)
Currently, it allows saving identifiers (in all formats) and image names (in DocX).
The same event is added to TSRichViewEdit (ScaleRichView) and TcxTRichViewEdit.Properties (editor for DevExpress VCL)
2) New UI translation of RichViewActions: Slovenian. Thanks to Goran Brumen!
Currently, this translation includes the core messages; it does not include messages specific for ScaleRichView and Report Workshop (they are displayed in English).
