Is it possible to save the video to file with either the TRVCamReceiver or TRVCamView components?

Only in a beta version (available for registered users).
It has a new TRVCamRecorder component that can be attached to TRVCamera or TRVCamReceiver, and records video (using FFmpeg)

Да, к TRVCamera можно одновременно цеплять TRVCamRecorder и TRVCamSender.
