CSS and webmail

I'm using the SaveHTMLEx function to create an CSS enabled HTML and send it as email message.
It seems that TRichView generates a proper HTML code, but web based email services have troubles displaying such a messages.
Q1. Can you change the code (or create an additional option) allowing to stop inserting an STYLE table when inline CSS styles are used (rvsoInlineCSS option is turned on)? It seems that using inline CSS helps with some webmail services?
Q2. Can you add a new option to TRVSaveCSSOptions allowing to put the CSS STYLE table into the <BODY> section, not in the <HEAD> section? Well, I know that now the CSS STYLE table is in place and moving it into the BODY will lead to wrong HTML, but it is the only thing that can help to got a proper view with some webmail services.
TIA
