Youtube Player in Richview Display

Ideally, I would like a User to post a url in my chat program (www.magchat.com) and have the url replaced by a Youtube Display such that another user will only see a video player showing the YouTube Display for that URL.
I hope that's clear. I believe you posted a demo of something like this previously but searching on YouTube I didn't find that in the forums.
Also, is there a way a User of my chat program could type something that would force a line break?? like <br> ??
Also, what we wish to be able to do with our Display in the future, is for each Char letter to have it's own formatting... font, style, size, color etc... do you see that as being possible? Would some sort or should we look to some sort of HTML Display to handle that... or would you be willing to develop something like that for us... for a price obviously.
In other words we're looking to Users to have the full power of a Word Processor... in Chat
