Parsers set v1.13 for several spell checkers

A new spell checker is supported: Polar SpellChecker Component v5.0.
This is a shareware ActiveX control, http://www.polarsoftware.com/
See RVPolarSpell.pas.
There are two simple demo projects:
Demos\Polar\Plain - shows how to implement traditional and live spell checking of RichViewEdit
Demos\Polar\RichViewActions - the same using RichViewActions' TRVAPopupMenu + autocorrection.
