Parsers set v1.12.2 for several spell checkers

This update includes:
1) A dialog in Microsoft Word style:
This dialog can be used in HunSpell, ASpell and LS Speller. A dialog style is defined in SpellFormStyle property.
2) Support ExpressSpell by DevExpress ( http://www.devexpress.com/ )
(see RVDXSpell.pas unit)
3) Improvements in HunSpell:
- custom dictionary support
- support of almost all encodings used in known HunSpell dictionaries (Windows encodings, UTF-8, KOI8, ISO8859)
- ignore-all and replace-all lists in Unicode starting from D2005 (previously: from D2009)
