Distribute rows evenly in a table

Hi,
Is there a way to distribute rows evenly in a table. I have inserted data into cells in a table, and i need to readjust the row height so that it is the same among all rows. Is there way to distribute the rows evenly, similar to MS Word where i highlight the table, right click and select Distribute Rows Evenly?
