Recording minimum requirements

Hi,
I am using RVCamRecorder to record a users' desktop. It records continuously and saves a file at 5 minute intervals. I have taken your previous suggestion and lowered the recorders VideoFramePerSec and VideoBitrate and while this has helped a little I am still facing similar performance problems on some PCs. The only noticeable difference with the PCs struggling is that they're on Intel Core i5, those on i7 are better. Most have 8GB RAM.
Do you have any minimum spec requirements for PCs using your recording component?
Is there anything else I can try on component / code level?
