Using TrichViewEdit in a frame

I placed on the main form of application an ActionManager component and import standard RichView actions into it.
Then I create a frame where I use a TRichViewEdit and some of actions associated with TRichViewEdit control. I place this frame on the main form. When I run the application, any action in the frame doesn't work :(

How can I use TRichViewEdit in a frame?
