Once again: OnResizeImage

I read the posts that deal with this subject matter bt couldn't find an answer.

Perhaps there is a backdoor solution for this task:

Because authors can publish their text in different formats (PDF, ebooks ...) the size of an image is not the absolute one but the relative width to the document width. This technique works very fine. But ...

If somebody changes the size manually I am not able to adapt the relative width - that would be very easy with OnImageResize. So the users have to open the picture dialog to change the relative width. That's confusing and not very comfortable.

Any idea?
