rvbdLeftToRight and rvaJustify

I'm developing multilanguage application and I know that rvaJustify is not supported now when using rvbdRightToLeft.
But: when I set rvbdLeftToRight both to TRichViewEdit and also for paragraph and this paragraph has rvaJustify it behaves like it has rvaLeft. With rvbdUnspecified for RichEdit and paragraph it works. But this is half solution for me.
Where is the problem?

It's documented: TRichView does not support paragraph justification in bidirected text. It will be implemented sooner or later, but this feature has quite a low priority.
