Is it posible to set different cell width in rows?

Hi,

For example:
Table having 2 rows, 2 cells in first row and 3 cells in 2nd row.
I have to set width of the cells as 45% and 55% in first row and
33%, 30%, 37% in second row.

Is it posible?
or what can be alternative solution?

I'd recommend to create two tables.
Alternatively, you can create a table with 4 columns:
row1:
(ColSpan=2, 45%)(ColSpan=2, 55%)
row2:
(33%)(ColSpan=2, 30%)(37%)
