I cannot input chinese character in scalerichview.

1.I load a rtf file,the rtf show ok.I set realation unicode properity.
2.I cannot input chinese character in scalerichview.
3.I test scalerichview demo ,the editer demo also cannot input chinese character.why?
how can¡¡I¡¡input chinese character in scalerichviewer?

I find that when I set the charset =gb2312,the srichview can input and diaplay chinese character.

If charset appears to be important, I think that Unicode settings were not applied completely.
For RTF files, it is important that SRichViewEdit1.RTFReadProperties.UnicodeMode = rvruOnlyUnicode.
