Thank you very much! I just didn't install full version of GStreamer. Now I can view capture from my camera througth rstp :) PS: rtsp://192.168.1.246/live0.264 is URL in my local network with my own camera. PSS: ffmpeg in additional to GStreamer is a good news, but GStreamel works great in my mind ...
